  Bad quality and plenty of defects, reckon wou

  Poor finishing, can see defects in almost every places, ventilation is non existence and there isnt any thoughts on enhancing human living experience at all, smallest gym in a condo, pool is so big for no reason and such a small space for such a high density living. Next to spe and quite noisy at night, single road out and in and need to do u turn which is time wasting if ure from setapak.. not even any shops nearby too..

  An honest feedback of a new tenant

  A new condo with yet many things under rectification. Everyday varios updates From the jaga app abt rectifications. For those who enjoys online shopping there are rules of sizes and period or durations u can get the management to keep at the parcel collection area. With so many blocks a small facility was allocated for parcel collection. For overnight visitors be prepared to pay rm10/night. Workmanship n quality of materials especially bathrooms is like an average apartment. Problems with the shower drainage is never-ending. Even the quality of the vinyl for the bedrooms is very cheap also the skirtings. Can't wait to move out as soon as my tenancy ends.
