  Very poor management

  Hi I’m staying about 4 years. Good location but please don’t buy house here this is just because of the management people. Expensive maintenance fee but very poor management. 1) both buildings floor will be wet n flooded if rainy 2) no rain shield or cover while u access in n out of parking n u will get wet even near to security guard exit also no any roof to cover. 3) lack of motorbike parking and the stupid managers will keep you park even near to ur car parking due to no parking lots. 4) this managers thinks they are PDRM so they will summon, warning and even band ur motorbike from entering the apartment just coz not parking in parking lot. The managers will ask u to park at A block n walk to B black if u staying in B black. Brainless man.
