Poor management
Bad response on repairing any damages. To repair tiles take almost a year no action taken. The intercoms in parking broken take 3 months but no action. Poor management -

Ensuring Smooth Operations and Relaxation at
I am extremely satisfied with the back-up power supply at Icon City. Even during power outages, I never had to worry about disruptions to my work or daily routine. The sauna and steam bath facilities at this establishment are simply amazing. The soothing heat and the relaxing atmosphere allowed me to unwind and rejuvenate after a long day. The reading lounge at this facility offers a tranquil and cozy environment for book lovers like myself. -

Amenities and Natural Beauty: A Look at a New
Icon City is extremely convenient and centrally located. Although there are not much facilities yet, the development is new and shows a lot of potential. The 5-acre forest adds a touch of nature and tranquility to the surroundings, while the water-themed central plaza creates a refreshing atmosphere. The sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering breathtaking views and a unique swimming experience. Additionally, the roof garden provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. -

A Convenient and Developing Hub with Modern A
Strategically located at the junction of the federal highway and LDP highway, Icon City is incredibly convenient to access. With its own exit from the federal highway, entering the premises is a breeze. The park at level 3A of the building is an added bonus, providing a beautiful space for the public to enjoy. The modern architecture is stunning, and it's clear that this place is still developing. I have no doubt that in the future, it will become one of the greatest places to hang out. -

Icon city reviews
One night homestay in icon city , good facilities , but not enough parking space ，already paid for parking fee but as a result the car need to be parked far away ，it’s so very inconvenient -

The big black building
Icon City is located conveniently at the corner of Federal highway and LDP. Most Klang Valley-ites will definitely know it as the big black building. Malls, convenience stores, hospitals, schools - it’s such a fine location. I think purchasing a flat here was one of my finest decisions. The apartment is tastefully designed with a thoughtful floor plan and good quality fittings. -

Mixed development is best
Purchasing a residence in a mixed development project was a priority for me as I planned to rent out an office in the same project. Icon Residenz fit the bill perfectly for me. I run my import export business from the office in the premises and walk back home right after work. Saves me so much time, I can see my children grow up. Because home and office are in the same property, I can even have my afternoon lunches at home everyday. -

Love this place
We purchased our condo in Icon Residenz at Icon City just as it was nearing completion. The outdoor landscape had started shaping up and the glazing was getting installed. It’s a beautiful project with a central circular garden and well-equipped gymnasium. I use the terrace pool and chill at the rooftop garden regularly. Both are well-maintained. The terrace pool in particular, is my favourite and as it offers a panoramic view of the city. -
