Jasmine court has no in house comunity.
Maintenance is hopeless, owners have problem when they want to pay. Office at front entrance Mon TO Friday , Sat half day. owner have paid money but money was not recorded or lost. No account no is given to owners to bank in payments. Suggest MPSJ take over. Cars, Trucks % Bikes were stolen even with security guards. Break in is also common. Must be very careful on locking doors.Nice place morning very safe but still need help. -
