Comfortable for daily routine
I was comparing a few serviced residences around this area before buying and KL Gateway still felt like the more practical choice. The direct access to Universiti LRT is probably the strongest selling point. The pool area is actually nicer than expected and the gym is usable, not just for show. Units are compact but still bright if you get the right facing. Feels suitable for younger professionals who spend a lot of time around Mid Valley, PJ or KL city. -

Convenient home near everything
Bought a unit here mainly for investment and so far I think the location still carries strong value. Easy access to Highways is a big advantage if working around PJ or KL. The building feels modern! Facilities are more complete than many serviced apartments in this price range. There is a decent mix of residents too, from students to office workers. Very practical for people who enjoy being connected to everything. -

Good Spot, Everything Within Reach
Moved here about 8 months back after looking around Bangsar South for a while. The main draw for me was the connectivity. You can hop on the LRT without getting rained on which is a big deal. Facilities are there, gym is usable, pool looks well kept. But day to day living here is honestly quite smooth. -
