The condominium features three different layouts in which their built up size ranges from 500 square feet to about 900 square feet. The first and largest layout contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-furnished kitchen with a built up size of 900 square feet, while the next contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a built up size of 700 square feet and the smallest layout comes with a single room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with a built up size of 900 square feet. This project which was developed by Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn Bhd was part of the large quantity apartment development project they were carrying out then. This company started the construction of lagoon suites some years back and was brought into completion in 2013. With the aim behind the development of the project, the initial rental rate was kept in the range of RM 1,300 to RM 1,700 while the sub-sale price is around RM 337,000 to RM 570,000.
