Lumina Kiara is a beautiful development situated alongside Jalan Duta Kiara at Mont Kiara. It was developed by the ECH Development & Management company which is a very reputed company in the construction industry. It covers 2.35 acres of freehold land. The owners also have an option to rent out their units and the rent of the units start from RM 3400 and goes up till RM 11500.
