Luxura is a leasehold twin villa development located in the township of twentyfive.7 in Persiaran Oleander, Kuala Langat, Selangor. It was developed by Gamuda Land, the property arm of Gamuda Berhad. There are 5 home types within Luxura and respectively called Aria, Bella, Carra, Davina and Elora. There are 2 layout options overall - 4+1 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 5+1 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Land areas are 26ft x 70ft and 28ft x 70ft with built-ups from 2,605 to 3,466 sqft. Each unit in Luxura has a double loading kitchen to increase storage space, a solar water heater, home alarm system, water filter and air conditioning. A unique aspect of the Luxura homes is their elderly-friendly designs that took into consideration the ground floor toilet and made it large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The ground floor toilet even has a ramp, support bar, panic button and a foldable seat in the shower to provide safety and convenience for families with elderly people.
