  Nightlife at the doorstep

  As someone who enjoys the city’s nightlife, this place is perfect. Sky Bar and Jalan P Ramlee clubs are just minutes away. I don’t need to drive, and I can still get home quickly.

  Great for short stays especially for business

  I travel a lot for business, and Marc Residence works well. Service is consistent, cleaning is reliable, and the location makes it simple to get around.

  The perfect location for work

  I walk to my office near KLCC every day, and that’s the biggest win for me. No traffic stress, just a short stroll. The pool and gym are well kept too.

  marc residence klcc

  i have been living in Marc since 2015. Excellent location and close to all amenities. Management did a good job maintaining this place. No regret buying a unit here.

  Turning into a dump

  First half the lifts in tower B were not operational for many months, now the gym has no aircon since a week. The condo maintenance is pathetic , they seriously need to change the management company
