  Good investment for own business

  Got a unit for my growing team. Close to everything, and the view from Mellows Park really helps with focus. Can’t wait till it’s ready.

  Freehold investment with good access

  I bought a unit here mainly for investment. The freehold title, future growth of Eco Ardence, and mix of homes and offices nearby make it a solid choice. Close to major highways too, so rental demand should be steady once it's done.
