Commercial Holding
I may use the unit for my own business later, but for now I am treating it as an investment. The cafes and eateries nearby are useful because I would not want future occupants to spend too much time looking for basic food options. The covered car park is also helpful for meetings and regular visits. I appreciate the covered linkways because they make moving around the area easier during rainy days. Having 24 hours security gives me some peace of mind when the office is not occupied. So far, the property fits the kind of commercial asset I was looking to hold. -

Convenient Work Address
I currently own an office here and find the location practical for regular business use. The covered linkways are useful when moving between the office and nearby facilities. Having cafes and eateries close by is convenient for staff and visitors. The building has worked well for the type of commercial investment I wanted. -
