  Practical choice for retirees

  We wanted something manageable after our children moved out. Menara U2 gives us comfort without high costs. The surau and nearby clinics are very convenient. We enjoy the quiet evenings at the roof garden.

  Ideal for working professionals

  I work in Subang and the easy access to highways plus KTM stations nearby made this a smart choice. The unit isn’t big but perfect for a single professional like me. Management is responsive, which I appreciate.

  Great location for students

  I study at MSU and Menara U2 has been so convenient. Walking distance to campus and groceries at Tesco makes life simple. The facilities are decent for the price, especially the gym and pool.
