All units will come furnished with fully fitted kitchen cabinets with hood and hob, an oven and sanitary ware of premium quality.

With construction currently underway, the expected date of completion is estimated to be in May 2017. With a starting price of RM 642,000, the units are sold at RM 1,200 per sq ft. Maintenance fee is set at RM 0.40 to RM 0.50 per sq ft. While it is considerably pricey, it is to be expected considering its cutting edge amenities and prime location near Petaling Jaya and the Federal Highway.
