One Sentral, Nusajaya is freehold high-rise condominium located in Taman Nusa Sentral, which is acutally in the center of Nusajaya. It is also the first serviced apartment in Nusa Sentral, becoming a landmark amongst its surroundings. The developer of One Sentral is Country View Berhad (CVB). It was incorporated in Malaysia in 1981. Before the incorporation, it was a private limited company known as Country View Realty Sdn. Bhd. Its very first land acquisition was the land in Pulai, Johor with 1,080.23 acres. It was then developed into a mix housing project and the first phase was launched in December 1986, named Taman Universiti. Until today, the developer has established several areas in Johor with 10,919 units of residential and commercial properties and 6,086 units of affordable houses. Example of previous developments done by Country View Berhad were Summer Rose and Taman Nusa Indah. The developer is also currently engaging in few projects such as Spring Grove Series, which is a 3-storey terraces and Sentral Avenue, which is a 3-storey shop offices. Both of the projects are located in Nusa Sentral.
One Sentral has a few unique selling points, making it as a bonus to the serviced apartment. The first one is the double volume shop lot featured at the ground floor of the apartment. The shops include self-service laundry, janitor service at the lobby, restaurants and convenience stores. The additional perk to the lobby is its high-speed broadband connectivity. Public transportation is, perhaps, the selling point of the apartment.
