  Mixed development living

  I like the concept of living, working, and shopping in one place. The street mall design makes it more lively than a typical apartment block.

  Enough for a small family

  Our unit has enough space for the three of us. Facilities are okay and security feels reliable.

  Easy living conditions

  Living here makes errands easier since shops are right below. The shuttle bus to Mines and LRT is very useful although traffic can get heavy at peak hours.
