Bought Sri Astana as an investment at a very accessible price. The yield percentage on low-cost acquisitions in mature neighbourhoods tends to be attractive. Demand from budget renters is consistent and occupancy has been reliable. Management is functional and the property remains habitable without major upkeep issues. A simple, accessible investment. -

The neighbourhood is mature with wet markets, local eateries, and shops within walking distance. Highway access is decent for commuters.
