Bought Sri Astana as an investment at a very accessible price. The yield percentage on low-cost acquisitions in mature neighbourhoods tends to be attractive. Demand from budget renters is consistent and occupancy has been reliable. Management is functional and the property remains habitable without major upkeep issues. A simple, accessible investment. -

Sri Astana has a warm community feel — long-term residents, friendly neighbours, and a secure compound. The apartment itself is basic but functional. The neighbourhood is mature with wet markets, local eateries, and shops within walking distance. Highway access is decent for commuters. It's not going to win any design awards but as a comfortable, affordable home it serves its purpose well. -
