  Nearby Japanese schools and community

  Mont Kiara is popular with Japanese families because of the schools. Papyrus is new but the big units are very suitable for us, especially with children. We feel it will be a safe and comfortable home.

  Freehold and low density

  Looked at a few condos but this one stood out because of the space. Even the smallest unit feels bigger than others. I like that it’s freehold and low density, so it feels like a long-term home.

  Perfect for multigenerational

  We like the big layouts here, perfect for a family with kids and elderly parents. Mont Kiara is already established, and Papyrus feels like a fresh option with more space than many condos. Registered early because good freehold projects are hard to come by.
