The houses also include amenities such as wash basins, toilets, showerheads, and a kitchen sink. Electrical fittings include fan points, fluorescent lamp points, light points, and 13 AMP sockets. The exterior is painted with acrylic paint, while the interior is finished with emulsion paint.
