Parking need to take a whole big round and lots of speed bump to go up. If you are going to subang can directly going out from the condo front enrance. But if you a re going to kl, needed to take back entrance to avoid stuck yourself to the U turn. But when reach 7 am there will be terrible jam as it’s one of the main connection. There’s few bus route to adullah hukum/ subang jaya etc. Also KTM 600m walking distance ( not suitable for people tats not used to walking and easy tired). Thin layer of ceiling between units, which you can hear bumping sounds and feel the vibration. Water tank also dirty, which mean you need to install your own filter. Dood things are PET FRIENDLY. Convenient store and restaurants downstairs. Well maintain facilities.

The building is new. keys were just handed to owners less than a year ago. The facilities are commendable, and equipment are all new, which are all great. Parking space is ample (but can be a little dark at some levels). Each unit has a very standard condo layout where the living and dining, kitchen area are in a rectangular box, whereas all the bedrooms are connected by a long corridor. This is a typical layout that maximize space. The weakness of this condo is location. This condo is located right beside the giant bridge (due to river) so you will need to perform U-turns frequently to get to the other side of the road. The road in front of condo is a 3-lane, single direction street! Right in front of the condo, traffic is standstill during peak hours. I have been stuck in condo carpark
