  Everything looks fine until you move in

  2 out of 4 lifts not functioning most of the time. Internet sometimes is not stable. Environment is getting more dustier as it's just located next to MRR2. Noise level is at max as you can see the bumper design of the road right in front of McD causing you will listen to the noise all day round. Traffic jam right in front of your guardhouse since the opening of KL East Mall. 80% tenant foreigners.
