Business Focused Property

I was specifically looking for something that could serve businesses rather than another residential property. The office tower format makes the purpose of the unit quite clear, which I find helpful when considering potential tenants. The car park is an important practical feature because employees, clients and visitors may need access to parking. I also appreciate the 24 hours security, especially when offices have people coming and going at different times.

Suitable Tenant Profile

The property type makes it easier for me to focus on tenants who need a dedicated business space. I find the car park helpful because office workers and visitors need somewhere convenient to leave their vehicles. The 24 hours security is also reassuring when the office is being used outside normal working hours. From an owner's point of view, I prefer this straightforward setup. It gives me a property that is relatively easy to understand and manage.

Simple Business Location

I decided to own a unit here after looking for an office property with practical features. The building has a simple setup that makes it easy to manage without too many unnecessary facilities. The car park is one of the things I find useful when visiting the property. Having 24 hours security is another small but important advantage for an office building.
