PPA1M Dalur is a freehold apartment development located at Jalan P18b in Putrajaya, established under the 1Malaysia Civil Servants' Housing Programme (PPA1M). This government-backed initiative was launched to provide quality and affordable homes for public sector employees in key urban areas. The project, also known as Pembangunan Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) Dalur, is situated in Presint 18, placing residents within a well-planned and strategic area of Malaysia's federal administrative centre.

The project was developed by TRC Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TRC Synergy Bhd, in agreement with Perbadanan Putrajaya.
