  Affordable city access

  The MRT station close by is a big plus for me since I don’t want to drive daily. Price is good compared to other projects, and facilities are modern. Feels like a smart choice for long term.

  Perfect starter home

  We booked a unit here because the price is within our reach and the layout is just nice for a young family. The facilities look great for kids and it feels safe. Can’t wait to move in soon!

  Value for money

  Honestly, for RM270k onwards, you don’t find many places with this many facilities. The 3-room unit fits our needs well and the location is convenient. Feels like a smart buy.

  Good for two

  Price is okay for two working people to pay together. Bought this place with my wife because it’s close to both our offices… and location is also good, AEON Mall just 5 minutes away. Show unit also quite spacious.
