PT19 Residency also known as PT 19 Residency is a leasehold bungalow house in a gated and guarded enclave. It is nestled in bustling neighborhood of Bandar Bukit Puchong 1, right beside The Heron Residency, a condominium by the same developer, namely Trinity Towers. The exact location of PT19 Residency is situated in Lebuh Bukit Puchong, Selangor.

PT19 Residency was developed by the Trinity Group and was completed in May 2010, 10 months ahead of schedule. And to top it off, 19 Residency achieved a significant score of 79% for its Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC), which is assessed by the Construction Industry Development Board (Cl DB Malaysia). A notable rating that places PT19 Residency within the top 10 highest score in Malaysia as of August 2010.

PT19 Residency encompasses with 24 units of 3-storey bungalows located on 2-acre of 99-year leasehold land. They are arranged on two sides of a road. There are two layouts to choose from, each has built-up area of 3,529 sq. ft. and 3,588 sq. ft. Each unit has about 10’ of garden space at a side and backyard of the house. Sited in a gated and guarded community, it also features CCTV surveillance. In addition, other special features at PT19 Residency are high ceiling height for dining and living areas at 12’ 9" and 11’ 3" respectively, attached bathrooms for all bedrooms, and there are two master bedrooms with a sunken bath in each bathroom.
