Just got married this year, and The Serenade at Putra Heights feels like the perfect place to start our next chapter. We love the peaceful, green surroundings and the practical layouts that suit future family plans. The area feels safe and quiet, yet it’s still close to major roads, which keeps things convenient. Finally Feel We Belong
I purchased a unit at The Serenade for my growing family. The peaceful environment, with lush greenery and low-density layout, was a major draw. It feels like a safe space to raise kids, and the gated community adds a layer of comfort. As a first-time homebuyer, I was impressed by the spacious layout and overall build quality. The units offer modern finishes, and the developer delivered on time. Minor defects were addressed promptly during the handover process. Commuting to work in Subang Jaya has been convenient with good highway access and nearby LRT. Weekend errands are easy with malls and eateries within short driving distance. -

Green spot
I went to check my unit last week. It’s inside a gated community, so feels a bit more private compared to regular condos. Roads inside are clean and well planned, not messy like some places under construction. Surroundings got lots of trees and green spots, which is one of the main reasons I picked this place. Security at the gate was strict, which gave me a good feeling. I’m just waiting for it to be ready so I can finally move in. -
