Your Ideal Home for Comfort and Convenience
PV9 Residence is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The view from block A is amazing and the location with easy access to public transportation and a local university is a big advantage. The nearby neighborhoods offer plenty of food options and the facilities within the condo are top-notch. Overall, PV9 Residence is a great place to call home. -

PV9 is The Perfect Location for a Comfortable
Staying in PV9 Residence is fantastic. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the action - it's walking distance to shopping malls and universities, and the LRT Station is just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself is cozy and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable lifestyle. Highly recommend to get a unit here! -

PV9 Residences: The Best Condo in Setapak
PV9 Residence is hands down one of the best condos in Setapak. The amenities are great and the location is unbeatable. The fact that it's a new development makes it even better. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. -
