I’ve visited the sales gallery a few times now and the mock-ups are stunning: double-volume living areas, natural light everywhere, and an emphasis on greenery instead of concrete. My only worry is how crowded Kwasa Damansara might get in the next five years with so many launches around. But if Dedaun Rimba really nails the ‘garden in the city’ feel, then waiting until 2026 will be worth it.

Booking early feels like a safe bet.
I put down a booking for a unit at Residensi Dedaun Rimba mainly because I trust YTL’s track record. The renderings look almost too good—tree-lined central park, private clubhouse, yoga lawn, infinity pool—but if it turns out even 80% as planned, it’ll be worth it.

Looking forward to that garden-living, hope i
I booked a 3-bedroom townhouse in Residensi Dedaun Rimba, and the sales team says completion is set for 2026—so it's still very much a vision right now. What sold me was the masterplan: homes wrapped around a central and linear park, a clubhouse for residents only, and all that greenery you see in the artist's renderings. It’s low-density, gated, and just steps from Kwasa Damansara’s future hubs.
