  Budget friendly freehold home

  We like the idea of raising our kids in a proper township. The flat is not too far from Kajang and has facilities like pool and gym. The price is fair for a freehold home, and we think it will grow in value.

  Just nice for a single working adult

  I work in Cyberjaya and wanted a home that is not too far but also affordable. This condo is freehold, has a gym, pool, and parking, so it fits my needs. Good for someone who just wants their own space.

  Affordable with useful facilities

  We registered early because the price is within reach for us. Eco Majestic feels peaceful and safe, and Oleander has the right size for starting a family. Excited for the swimming pool and clubhouse when it’s ready.
