  I checked out Sentulmas recently — the unit I saw was modest but functional, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the layout felt reasonable for the size. The building comes with a pool, gym, and a multipurpose hall. For the rental/price you get, it feels like a decent deal if you value convenience over luxury.
