  Decent Residence, with Decent Facilities and

  I have been staying here since October 2023, and have had a mostly positive experience so far. It is not the best residence out there, you'll find that the build of the place does not use the best quality of material. However, the facilities are pretty decent and the management does its best with cleanliness. Sometimes, maintenance of lights and operations may not be top notch but they eventually work on it. Residents are generally respectful, though like most places, there are some who struggle to show common decency of not wetting the lift floors after coming in from the pool, leaving their belongings and items strewn in front of their residence, etc. With some patience, Rica can be the place for you to rent. But to buy... well, the price better be a steal for you to get it.

  Best Location in Sentul

  We bought a unit few years ago, this project with walking distance 200m to MRT SENTUL WEST & 350m to Ktm Sentul. Thanks to my agent David Heng who intro me.
