My dream home
The beautiful sloping roofs, the open air terraces, my covered parking, the empty street in front and such thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces - there’s so much to like about Perennia. This for sure is my dream home. We love the spread out plan and symmetry of the project. To top it off, the community spaces truly give the place a resort-like experience and the quality of construction is very impressive. -

So spacious
I purchased a 2559 sqft corner house at Perennia in Bandar Rimbayu. It’s got a lot more space than the ones in the middle. The guest bedroom and common spaces in the house – living/dining/kitchen all are on the ground floor. The three bedrooms upstairs all come with an attached bathroom. There’s a nice family space on the first floor too. If you plan to live here, it’s better to have your own vehicle since public transporation isn't very developed around here yet. -

Stunning house
The Perennia at Rimbayu is a stunning set of 2-storey terraced houses with beautiful landscaping, and my favourite bit, a cul-de-sac at every road end, something that reminds me of my time in the USA. It was one of the reasons why we decided to stay in a semi-independent house instead of an apartment in a high-rise project. The developer has built a blossoming township here spread across acres and acres of land. Everywhere the sight goes, it’s Bandar Rimbayu. I love it. -
