Rumah Makmur Kg. Tiram (RMKT) is a state-government-led affordable housing project located in Kampung Tiram, Kuantan. This development is part of the broader 'Rumah Makmur' initiative by the Pahang state government, designed to provide quality and comfortable homes for lower to middle-income households. The project is developed by Nilaitek (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Zon Majuria Sdn Bhd. under the supervision of the Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Pahang (LPHP).

This development consists of terrace houses and is being constructed over three phases. The entire project will feature a total of 635 units. Phase 1 comprises 286 units and is anticipated to be completed by March 2026. The sale price for these homes is set at RM 80,000, catering to households with a combined income not exceeding RM5,000 per month.
