Life is more convenient here
Since Saville is a mixed development with many retail outlets in the lower floors, life is a lot more convenient for me. Then there’s also the Sri Raya MRT. I don’t use it daily although most of the residents do and have purchased their apartments here purely for close access to this MRT. The community spaces at Saville are nicely designed too – the gym, pool, playground, the landscaped gardens, and there’s even a functional barbecue area. -

Easy MRT connect
The Saville at Cheras is uniquely linked to the Sri Raya MRT. Since I use the MRT daily, I've always wanted this sort of convenience. What’s great is that the condo itself is nicely constructed with spacious floor plans and quality materials. We do all our shopping from the Cheras leisure mall, there’s a mini-mart an elevator ride away and schools and other educational institutes are all a stone's throw away from here. -

Spacious and flexible
I live in a B2 apartment of Saville at Cheras. It’s a 1463 sqft apartment with a very flexible floor plan. There’s a small lobby at the entrance with an opening to the apartment and the master bedroom on the left. That master bedroom is huge enough to have its own living space. I have converted that into a studio apartment that I rent out. The tenant gets her privacy too. The rest of the two bedroom apartment is spacious and one of the two bedrooms is large enough to take the mantle of the master bedroom. -
