We chose Savio because we wanted a city-edge lifestyle: the balcony view toward Mont’Kiara skyline is nice, the common areas feel upscale for the segment (meditation deck, infinity pool, BBQ terrace). That said, when inspecting units we found that lower-floors, or units facing internal service roads, had less appeal. Some finishes needed minor touch-ups. If you’re owner-occupying, it’s comfortable; if you’re expecting “luxury condo” feel, you’ll want to pick the top units.

Amenities & Connectivity Live Up to the H
I purchased a 2-bed for investment in Savio. The location (close to Segambut KTM, major highways: SPRINT, DUKE, NKVE) is a big plus. Facilities are well-designed and modern. On the flip side: entry PSF is suppressedly high given the brand and build, so the rental yield is moderate.

Smart Freehold Entry in Segambut
We moved into Savio about a year ago. The freehold status, modern build (~2019-20), and good location in Segambut appealed — built-ups from ~653 sq ft (1-bed) up to ~1,177 sq ft (3-bed) give decent space for Kuala Lumpur. The amenities are strong (gym, infinity pool, yoga deck). That said: traffic around Jalan Ipoh / Pittama / Segambut can get congested during peak hours, and units facing the KTM line or lower floors may experience more noise
