  BAD !!

  Management has problems 1. Racial discrimination 2. Pet-unfriendly 3. 4 of 6 lift are usable, and the remaining 2 are closed 24 hours a day 4. Car entry card cannot be scanned every time

  Suffers from a badly organised management and

  The management and guards don't seem to be able to come up with a system that works FOR the residents and their guests. The condo is inhospitable to everyone that comes in, even to the residents/

  Strategic location

  The location is good to access to KL and both PJ area, and i see the potential in North Kiara to be the next luxury area like mont kiara

  A place where you call home

  An incredible place many would call home. Lovely neighborhood and perfect for young families or newly wed couples. Not so much of a place for students, but expats working around the area can consider.
