As an investor I liked Schumann at the entry price (~RM 650k+) when I bought. The PSF listing shows anywhere from RM 207-511 for this precinct. The growth node of Cyberjaya, plus the development’s “Connected Intelligent Community” branding, adds appeal. That said: we’re treating this as a 5-10 year hold, not a quick flip. Some units face risk of slower demand (lower floors, less exposure) and resale market has shown price drops or auctions in past. So I’m comfortable with moderate yield now, bigger hope in long term.

Unit & Market Variability Matter
We inspected several lots before choosing ours in Schumann. The clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, jogging track and smart-home infrastructure promised are strong features. Location near Multimedia University and Cyberjaya town centre is sensible. However, I noticed in forums that some units are selling in re-auction at lower premiums, telling me there’s risk if you pick a less-desirable lot.

Spacious Freehold Family Home in a Gated Comm
We bought into Schumann in late 2020. The fact it’s freehold within the larger Symphony Hills estate really appealed. Our 3-storey terrace gives us ~3,000 sq ft (4+1 bedrooms) so there’s plenty of space for our family and home-office. The enclave is gated, gives us more peace than many typical township houses. On the other hand, the plot is still in development and our access roads / landscaping around the unit are still being finished — so living here is more about the long-term horizon than instant perfection
