When I toured the park, I saw that the factories and semi-detached units are built with modern standards — good power supply (200A–400A), high floor loading capacity, wide roads for heavy vehicles, and even solar-ready infrastructure. It gives you confidence that the place can handle serious industrial or logistics operations without annoying limitations.

Ideal Location — Close to KLIA & Major Hi
I looked into Serenia Industrial Park and what stands out immediately is how strategic its location is. It’s just a short drive from KLIA / KLIA2 and has direct access via ELITE and other major expressways, which makes logistics and transport super convenient. For any business that needs ease of access — imports, exports, warehousing — that connectivity alone is a big plus.
