  Comfortable and convenient

  As someone working in Cyberjaya, the short drive to work is great. The condo is well maintained, gym is solid, and maintenance fees are fair. Happy staying here.

  Good balance of price and space

  I compared a few projects before buying, but Serin Residency offered more space and facilities at a fair price. Location is convenient too, close to hospitals, malls and Putrajaya Sentral.

  Calm and green

  Living here feels peaceful. The gardens, rooftop decks, and big windows bring so much light and greenery. It feels less like a condo, more like a retreat in the city.
