Close to Everything — Shops, Malls & Tran
What I liked about Serina Bay is how accessible everything is. It’s a short drive to major malls and city-centre spots, and you still get the convenience of nearby shops, eateries and transport routes. Makes living in Penang island a lot easier compared with far-out suburbs. -

Full Facilities & Convenient Urban Living
Serina Bay doesn’t skimp on amenities: there’s a pool, sauna, tennis court, playground, landscaped gardens, and even BBQ and multipurpose hall. For everyday living, that’s a nice bonus — you get condo comforts without needing to step far. It’s a simple condo but feels complete for daily life. -

Affordable Condo with Great Basics
I took a look at Serina Bay and was pleasantly surprised by how budget-friendly it is, especially considering it’s in Penang island. The units are modest (~900 sq ft, 3 bedrooms), but for the price it offers a solid entry-level home. Good for singles, couples, or small families wanting condo living without a hefty price tag. -

Serina bay Condominium
Serina Bay is a really good place. It's located near the city. It's very convenient. There's a lot of facilities, I really feel that house prices have increased recently. Serina Bay is worth at least 470k- 480k, and it should be 2-3 % more increase AT 2024 next year., the real estate near the seaside has also increased a lot. 3 residence ia 700 k-750k onwards, In summary, you can see a lot of sophistication here, the traffic is safe, the entry and exit are easy, and there is Pasar 7 Road behind it. serina bay is a great place for the locals to living. -
