Central KL living at its finest
Stayed at a friend's place in KL Trillion for a long weekend. The unit is comfortably sized and well-furnished. What stands out is the sheer convenience—everything is walkable from here. Grab food, coffee, shopping, Jalan Ampang nightlife—all on your doorstep. The building has a good mix of residents and feels vibrant without being overwhelming. The pool area offers a nice escape from the city buzz. Would recommend to anyone wanting true urban living in KL. -

Steady rental returns from prime KL address
I own a unit at KL Trillion as a long-term investment and rental income has been consistent. The building attracts professionals, expats, and long-stay business travellers thanks to its central location. Being freehold and in a mature KL address means capital preservation is strong even if appreciation is modest. The retail podium brings in steady foot traffic which keeps the building lively. Yield is decent for the price bracket. -

KL city centre gem near MRT
I've been renting at KL Trillion for six months and absolutely love the location. You're right in the heart of KL—within walking distance of Ampang Park MRT, KLCC is a short drive, and everything from cafes to banks is nearby. The building is well-maintained, facilities are solid, and management is on the ball. For city living at its most convenient, KL Trillion is hard to beat. It's a mature development but has aged really well. -
