SiLC

SiLC, also known as the Southern Industrial Logistic Clusters, is a freehold industrial park located along Jalan Kemajuan SiLC in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The project comprises a multi-phase 1,300-acre industrial development created to serve a wide range of industries from global companies and businesses.

SiLC was completed in 2016 by UEM Sunrise Berhad, and is currently launching its third phase of development, with both previous phases fully sold out. The units are commonly 2 to 2.5 storey factories, with individually gated compounds.

SiLC Accessibility and Amenities

A variety of amenities and services can be found in close proximity to the SiLC. Nearby schools include SK Taman Nusa Perinti, Sekolah Agama Nusa Perintis, and SummerField School. SiLC is strategically located just off the Malaysia - Singapore Second Link Expressway. Other major roads and highways efficiently link the industrial park to the rest of the city, such as Lebuhraya Nusajaya and the Skudai - Pontian Highway. The project is located less than 30 minutes away from the Singapore border crossing checkpoint via the Second Link Expressway, and around 25 minutes away from Johor Bahru city centre.

SiLC Phase 3 offers only 85 industrial lots, each ready-built with comprehensive infrastructure and spanning between 1 to 5 acres in size. This project offers ample parking spaces, and a fully-equipped utilities centre. The entire park is gated and monitored by 24-hour security for enhanced protection.

Launched in 2016, Units at SiLC range between RM 1,800,000 to RM 14,200,000. Rental prices range between RM 4,000 to RM 123,000. UEM Sunrise has most recently launched SiLC’s third phase of industrial units, the latest in their masterplan to built an international and world-class industrial hub. Several other commercial projects can be found in the vicinity, such as SK Commercial Hub and Nusjaya Industrial Park 2. The surrounding area is a hub of industrial projects and retail outlets, with other residential properties also located close by.
