Unit was not worth the long term rent
Lobby, recreation areas are so windy and nice. In general the place is clean. However renting this place for long term is a bad choice. Inside the unit is damn hot, stuffy like oven. Weird way of structuring the window. Can only live here with air con switched on the whole time. Stupid design. Nice swimming pool but people are swimming with their casual cloths on and spitting in the pool. Really grossed out. Raining season, cannot keep the windows open for ventilation bcoz so many small biting insects and mosquitoes will fly in even at high floor facing the highway. Constant loud noise almost 24/7 from the nearby construction of the new train system. Some short stay neighbours, maybe from Airbnb can be a nuisance, smoking, eating, and making loud noise. -

SKS Pavillion Residences - A Peaceful and Con
If you're looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay, SKS Pavillion Residences is the perfect choice! The quiet area surrounding the property allowed me to relax and unwind after a buy day from work. Its proximity to the city and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient for exploring and indulging in some retail therapy. The swimming pool, gym, and sauna facilities were a great way to stay active and rejuvenate. The property also catered to those with special needs, ensuring a friendly and inclusive environment. -

Enjoyable and Convenient Stay at SKS Pavillio
For us the SKS Pavillion Residences' excellent facilities, including the swimming pool, badminton court, and gym, provided entertainment and relaxation options. Having a nice cafe, minimart, and laundry services on the ground floor was extremely convenient because of our working lifestyle. The location is also ideal, with easy access to both KSL and Southkey. -

SKS - A Convenient and Comfortable Accommodat
Whenever I am back in JB from London, I always choose to stay at SKS Pavillion Residences. It's a clean and convenient place with a great view. The location is perfect for my trips to Singapore, as it's not directly next to the immigration centers but just 2-5 minutes away. This creates a healthy distance from traffic while still being convenient. I absolutely love the badminton courts and the swimming pool. The building is well constructed, and the windy and cool atmosphere on the entire floor is a bonus. Don't miss out on the Sky Garden at the top of the building, it offers breathtaking views that are truly one of a kind! The only suggestion I have is to have more variety of shops within the building, but luckily, there is an excellent cafe called Mrs Who on the ground floor. -

Perfect location, great facilities and beauti
The rooms in itself are very well furnished and fitted. The view never fail to impress me. The facilities are amazing, great swimming pool, gym and sauna. I love the sky gardens at the top floor (39/40), gives me the perfect place to find solace and peace in a busy city. -
