I checked out the common facilities — there’s a pool, security guard, covered parking, and basic amenities that suit everyday needs. The layout of the smaller units is compact but functional. If you’re a small family, a student, or a working professional, this feels like a fuss-free, practical place to stay — nothing flashy, but meets basic living necessities well.

Convenient Location & Everyday Essentials
Sky View sits in Bukit Indah, so malls, groceries, eateries, and schools are not far off — makes daily living easy without long drives. The road access seems reasonable too, useful if you commute to Johor Bahru or the Second Link. For practical living or a rental base, the location checks a lot of boxes.

Affordable Freehold Condo — Great Entry Point
When I browsed listings at Sky View, I saw units from about 538 sq ft up to around 1,216 sq ft — a good spread whether you need a small pad or slightly larger space. The fact that it's freehold makes it feel like a solid entry-level buy, especially if you don’t want to overpay but still desire property ownership in JB.
