What I like about Skylon is that it tries to blend nature with urban living: there’s this green-wall façade meant for better cooling/ambience, and common facilities — pool, sky-lounge, sky-gym, co-working/ lounge spaces, multipurpose hall — basically all you’d expect for a city serviced residence. Feels like you get a bit of calm and comfort, even amid KL’s bustle.

Low-Density Tower with Smart Unit Mix
Skylon isn’t a massive crowded block — 38 storeys, ~178 units total. Units range from small 1-bedrooms (around 518 sq ft) up to mid-size 2-bed/2-bath types (~1,250 sq ft). That range gives flexibility: singles, couples or small families can pick what matches their needs without fighting for space or feeling lost in a big block.

Freehold City-Living in the Heart of Bukit Bi
I checked out Skylon Residences and what jumped out first was the address — you’re right in the thick of Bukit Bintang / Bukit Ceylon, near Changkat, Jalan Alor and a short walk to MRT/Bukit Bintang & Monorail stations. For anyone wanting city-life access, nightlife or easy commuting, this location alone feels like a big win.”
