  Bought a unit at SQ Where for commercial investment. The location in a growing commercial belt keeps occupancy demand healthy. Tenants range from SMEs to professional service firms. Rental returns have been steady and the property is well-positioned relative to its price point. A functional and reliable commercial real estate investment.

  Good location for client-facing businesses

  We chose SQ Where for our client-facing business because of its professional appearance and solid location. The address is easy for clients to find, parking is adequate, and the building looks well-maintained. There are F&B options within the area and the surrounding commercial ecosystem is functional. A credible business address without the KLCC price premium.

  Smart, modern office space with great connect

  SQ Where is a well-designed commercial space. The layout is flexible — column-free floor plates that work for a variety of business types. We've been operating here for about a year and the building management is professional. Connectivity is a real strength — major highways and public transport options are accessible. The mix of office and retail tenants creates a decent business ecosystem within the building.
