  Good investment in townhouse segment

  Townhouse units in gated, low-density developments tend to appeal to quality tenants who want space and privacy. Sri Araville delivers that and the rental demand from families has been consistent. The price was reasonable at acquisition and capital appreciation has been steady. A differentiated product in a market saturated with high-rise condos.

  Great for families wanting privacy and space

  We moved to Sri Araville Townhouse because we wanted the space and privacy of landed living without giving up all the condo security features. We got both — our 3-bed, 2-bath townhouse is spacious, has a private garden, and the gated compound is safe for the kids. The community has a lovely neighbourhood feel and the pool is clean and never crowded. Very happy here.

  Spacious townhouse living in a quiet enclave

  Sri Araville Townhouses offer genuinely good space for the price — my unit is double-storey with 3 bedrooms and a proper garden. The development is low-density and gated which gives a real sense of security and community. Neighbours are friendly and long-established. There's a nice pool and the compound is well-kept. Highway access is decent. A very liveable choice for families wanting landed-feel living.
