  Good long-term hold in established residentia

  Bought Sri Pelangi for long-term rental investment. Older, well-managed condos in established neighbourhoods attract a very reliable tenant pool — families and working adults who want space and stability. The spacious units justify good rents. Management quality keeps the building condition from deteriorating which protects the investment value.

  Spacious units in a well-run older developmen

  One of the things I love about Sri Pelangi is the unit size — older condos often have much more generous layouts than modern ones. My 3-bedroom is roomy and well-ventilated. The management committee is active and the compound is always well-kept. The neighbourhood is mature with good amenities within walking distance. Great value for the spaciousness you get.

  Well-maintained condo in a mature neighbourho

  Sri Pelangi has surprised me positively. For an older development, it's kept in very good shape — the management is proactive about maintenance and the common areas are clean and well-presented. The units are sizeable by modern standards and the compound has good landscaping. Local amenities are all within reach and highway access is solid. A well-run older condo that delivers good value.
