Sri Putramas 1 has been one of my steadiest investment properties. The Jalan Kuching location keeps rental demand consistently high from working adults in KL and Kepong. The MRR2 and highway access are major draws. Occupancy has rarely dipped and rents have held up well. The building management keeps things in reasonable order. A reliable earner.

Convenient and connected — hard to beat the l
I've been renting at Sri Putramas 1 for two years. The MRR2 and Jalan Kuching access makes my daily commute very manageable. The condo has a pool, gym, and shops within the complex. The surrounding area has everything I need — Giant hypermarket, local food courts, and banks all within walking distance. It's an older development but well-run and the value for money is excellent.

Established condo in the heart of Jalan Kuchi
Sri Putramas 1 is a well-known address along Jalan Kuching and for good reason — the location is fantastic. MRR2, Jalan Kuching, and DUKE highway are all accessible. The condo has decent facilities and the compound is well-maintained for its age. Lots of food options, shops, and a growing commercial strip nearby. A reliable choice for professionals working in KL or Kepong who want a central, well-connected base.
