Bought Sri York as a long-term hold. Heritage-adjacent properties in Penang have consistently appreciated as the island's desirability grows. The unique character of the area and proximity to Penang Hill attract a specific tenant profile — expats, academics, and quality-conscious renters. Heritage Penang charm in a residential settin
I chose Sri York because of its proximity to Penang's most charming heritage areas. Living near the Penang Hill Road corridor gives a very different Penang experience — quieter, greener, and with a sense of history. The units are generously sized and the bungalows and heritage homes in the vicinity create a lovely neighbourhood character. A genuinely special Penang address. -

Charming condo in the heart of Penang Hill Ro
Sri York is a lovely older development in one of Penang's most character-filled neighbourhoods. The Sri York area near Penang Hill has great heritage charm — colonial architecture, mature trees, and a very peaceful atmosphere. My unit is spacious by modern standards and has a nice breezy feel. Penang Hill funicular, Gurney Drive, and Georgetown heritage area are all nearby. A unique and charming Penang address. -
