  Well-Done 3-Bed Setup

  We moved into a 3-bed @ Suite Enesta in mid-2023. The layout is decent, with balcony, parking and good fittings. The view is okay. But I sometimes hear road noise, and a neighbor unit had issues with intermittent WiFi. Maintenance is okay — they respond if you nag. For the price, good enough, though not perfect.

  Affordable Suburban Living Option

  We bought a mid-floor unit. It’s more budget friendly for the Kepong / Jinjang area. But when I visit lower or road-facing units, I notice more ambient noise, view obstructions, and less light. If I had a do-over, I’d choose a quieter side, higher floor, or with good buffer to the road.

  Great for Renters & Guests

  Our unit is often rented out via Airbnb platforms. Guests compliment the cleanliness, amenities, and convenience. But they sometimes complain about check-in detail confusion, WiFi flattening, or room temperature swings. As an owner, I expect to replace some appliances / furnishings every few years.
